To say that SEVENTEEN’s latest comeback has been well-received would be an understatement. Their eighth mini album Your Choice has smashed records in Korea and abroad. Its latest achievement is placing within the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 Albums chart, a weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the US.

Recently, the members sat down with Seventeen magazine to talk about their new mini album and its “Power of Love” theme. Their leader S.Coups reveals Your Choice isn’t just about romance. It tackles different forms of love as well.

“We wanted to talk about diverse forms and versions of love on this mini album. That’s why our concept trailer for Your Choice featured love for one’s family, friends, and even pets,” he said.

This new theme was introduced to Carats (SEVENTEEN’s fans) through a digital single called “Bittersweet” that featured members Mingyu and Wonwoo. Lead dancer and sub vocalist Jun says Your Choice is the second part of their “Power of Love” project, and they plan to use it to tell a lot of different stories about love.

“We’ll be coming out with a lot of new music in different genres, as well as new sub-units, so please watch out for that,” he said.

With all these plans, it’s not surprising that SEVENTEEN continues to scale new heights!
