Fencing Idol and Olympic Gold Medalist Kim Junho Signs Exclusive Contract to Haewadal Entertainment

He is a part of the Korean men's fencing team who won gold in Tokyo Olympics, the first time after nine years.

Fencing superstar Kim Junho has signed an exclusive contract to Haewadal Entertainment.

Kim Junho, who is a part of the Korean men's fencing team sent to Tokyo for the Olympics, has signed an exclusive contract at Ha Jiwon's agency for his variety and entertainment activities. Representatives from the agency have noted that he will continue to practice for his sport, while accommodating requests to appear on variety shows as a way to show and teach people what fencing is about.

When asked about what motivated him to sign a contract, Kim Junho mentioned former basketball athlete and now successful entertainer Seo Janghoon as an inspiration for him to show his many different charms to viewers.

His first appearance after signing the deal was in Knowing Bros, then followed by another appearance in All the Butlers, along with the other members of the Korean men's fencing team: Gu Bon-gil, Kim Junghwan, and Oh Sang-uk.

This has proven to be a good decision since many netizens have noticed his extremely handsome looks, with some saying he looks like actors Kim Seonho and Sunghoon. These actors are also successful in variety shows, with Kim Seonho excelling as a regular member of 2 Days 1 Night and Sunghoon appearing on I Live Alone back then.

Kim Junho previously participated in the 2019 World Fencing Championships, where he won the gold medal for the team sabre fencing event.

Haewadal Entertainment is an entertainment agency housing Ha Jiwon herself and actor Moon Jinseung.

We wish him luck on his future entertainment endeavors!
