According to Play M Entertainment, VICTON's Choi Byungchan has been cast as Shin Ha Min in SBS's new drama A Business Proposal.

The upcoming drama is a romantic comedy based on a webtoon adaptation of a comic web novel about an office worker who goes on a blind date with her company's CEO in place of a friend while keeping her identity hidden. Kim Sejeong was previously cast in the drama as Shin Ha Ri, the female lead, and Ahn Hyo Seop as chaebol heir Kang Tae Mu.

Byungchan will play Shin Ha Ri's beautiful younger brother, Shin Ha Min. Shin Ha Min has a nasty streak and appears childish, but he loves his family more than anyone else and has a secret mind.

In the first half of 2022, the series A Business Proposal will premiere.

Choi Byungchan, also known as Byungchan, made his acting debut in Victon in 2017. He and his fellow member Han Seungwoo joined Produce X 101 in 2019, but he dropped out mere weeks before the show's finale. He's continued to promote Victon since then, and he co-starred in Live On with NU'EST's Hwang Minhyun.
